I’m going to share with you a tasty snack that I have been loving this Ramadan. It is also great for Sehri (the meal you have before you close your fast for the day). It consists of fruit and yogurt which are both healthy and the yogurt also helps to keep the thirst at bay.
So you will need:
- Greek Yogurt
All you need to do is put a couple of spoonfuls into a bowl. Then add chopped strawberries and the blueberries.
There you have it, a quick, easy and a healthy snack. You can also add honey and/or oats.
